| 良い雑誌に載せられた、有名な培養法で行われた「乳癌における抗癌剤感受性試験の結果」です。しかし、４０７腫瘍を用いて行った結果、５６％で培養が出来なかったとあります。
我々が行った培養法では、テクニカルなミスも入れて、299例中、６例が培養できなかったに過ぎません。このような培養技術の革新が、抗癌剤感受性試験をより正確なものに改良するのに役立っています。

ABSTRACT: The human tumor clonogeni
c assay (HTCA) was evaluated in
407 fresh samples
of breast cancer from 288 patients.
Seventy samples were inadequate for testing. Adequate in vitro
growth for drug testing (greater than 30 colonies/plate) was
obtained in 91 (27%) of the 337 viable samples, inadequate
growth for drug evaluation ( 5 to 30 colonies/plate ) in 17%,
and no colony formation
(less than 5 colonies/plate)
in 56%.
